All of our donors and producers’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information, such as credit card and bank account information. Our employees are notified and/or reminded regularly about the importance of your privacy, and what they can do to ensure that sensitive information is protected. Finally, the servers that store personally identifiable information are in a secure environment, in a locked facility.
Miller Outdoor Theatre will not send you any unsolicited information, including email regarding any commercial offers or advertisements at any time. We value the relationships we have with our donors, producers, volunteers, guests and future guests, so we respect these concerns. We do not share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated items.
