Kick off your summer with METdance at our “Celebrating 20! Sizzling Summer Dance” concert as we conclude our 20th Anniversary Season! The concert will feature two world premieres: a new work by Dallas-based Choreographer Josh Peugh, one of Dance Magazine’s 25 to watch, and our 2016 Emerging Choreographer Contest recipient Caterina Rago, originally from Italy. The evening will also include METdance's most celebrated works like “Stirring Simple Gifts in Shades of Blue” by Caleb Mitchell, a new work by Kate Skarpetowska, and another chance to see “New Second Line” by Camille A. Brown, celebrating the people and culture of New Orleans. The MET too Youth Company will also be performing as a part of the evening. This diverse program is bursting with energy, music, and spirit! Catch METdance in their final performance of the 20th season in a show perfect for all ages.

This is a ticketed event for the covered seating area. Free tickets are available (4 per person over age 16 while they last) at the Miller Outdoor Theatre box office the day of the performance between the hours of 10:30am-1pm. If tickets remain at 1pm, the box office will re-open one hour before show time to distribute the remaining tickets. As always, open seating on the hill.
