Talento Bilingue de Houston launches its Second Annual Latino Environmental Awareness Campaign with Donde Jugaron Los Ninos at 6:30pm on October 17, 2010. TBH presents its annual concert promoting Planeta Verde Now, a Latino green initiative committed to protecting our children’s right to live, work and play in healthy environments.

The evening will feature Cecille y La Diabla, Ballet Folklorico Alegria Mexicana, Jose Saldaña and Ballet Folklorico Xochipilli.

The Campaign encourages Houstonians to join TBH's Green Armada and find ways to promote better air quality. During the concert, TBH will share the initiative's mission and history, and distribute EcoLiteracy test kits for the recruitment of volunteers and Green Pride youth leading our communities in a year-long ecological effort.

This is a ticketed event for the covered seating area. Free tickets are available (4 per adult, while they last) at the Miller Outdoor Theatre box office the day of the performance between the hours of 10:30am-1pm. If tickets remain at 1pm, the box office will re-open one hour before show time to distribute the remaining tickets. As always, open seating on the hill.

Presented by Talento Bilingue de Houston
