by Robb Brunson and Angela Foster… and the audience!

We all know the story of Goldilocks and the ill-fated consequences of her over-active curiosity.  The popular story suggests that after her run-in with the family of bears, she headed home with an important lesson learned.

But at InterActive Theater, “what if…” is a favorite phrase.  What if Goldilocks didn’t exactly go straight home?

This brand new, fresh out of the oven adaptation finds our favorite blonde trafficking with the likes of those three billy goats gruff and winding up smack dab in the middle of the three little pigs’ escape from a very disgruntled wolf.

But our work only gets us part of the way through the story.  There’s still the small matter of getting Goldilocks back home again.  And that’s where the audience comes in.

Together with four brave actors, children in the audience reconstruct their own final chapter to the story to get Goldilocks back where she belongs.  It’s InterActive's most interactive production to date, and one where every single performance is its own unique experience!
